Sunday's White Sox Game Pushes CSN Chicago & WSCR-AM Bears Post-Game Shows To Internet

Sunday afternoon's Chicago White Sox vs Los Angeles Angels baseball game is not only being broadcast live on Comcast Sportsnet Chicago and WSCR-AM/670 The Score tomorrow afternoon, but it is also interrupting both local sports stations' planned Chicago Bears post-game shows. Since the White Sox game starts at 2:35pm and will still be airing at the end of the Bears game's conclusion, plus with both stations contractually obligated to air the broadcast, the television and radio Bears post game shows will pushed to the Internet.

Comcast SportsNet Chicago's live Bears post-game show, will indeed air on the television network, only it won't air live. It will be delayed until the end of the Chicago White Sox game and the live White Sox post-game show. That pushes the Bears broadcast back to around 6:00pm. CSN Chicago's "Bears Post Game Live" show will still be live directly after the Chicago Bears game (at approximately 3:00pm), but not on television. Instead, the post-game show will be streaming online at both CSNChicago.com, as well as ChicagoBears.com.

CSN Chicago's "Bears Post Game Live" is a 90 minute program, done in conjunction with the Chicago Bears organization. It is hosted by "SportsNet Central's" Chris Boden, and features a team of expert analysts made up of former Chicago Bears: Dan Jiggetts, Jim Miller, and making his debut on the post-game show this Sunday, Hunter Hillenmeyer. There are also reports and live interviews with coaches and players by CSN Chicago's Kip Lewis and John "Moon" Mullin. Additionally this Sunday, station newcomer Nicole Darin will host a special "Bears PGL Interactive" segment within the show, allowing fans to interact and voice their opinions to the show via Twitter by utilizing the #BearsTalk hashtag.

Similarly, WSCR-AM/670 The Score always have an "unofficial," but fun & spirited Bears post game show following every game. The program is hosted by a pair of very opinionated Chicago Bears' legends: Doug Buffone and Ed "OB" O'Bradovich. The two hour radio show breaks down every good and bad situation that happened during the game and opens up the phone lines for fans to voice their opinions.

Of course, Sunday afternoon, WSCR-AM will be airing the White Sox/Angels game, but for fans of Doug & OB who want to hear their passionate opinions on the Bears/Rams game that just ended, the Score's Bears post game show will carry on. The broadcast will be online only via the "Listen Live" link on 670TheScore.com. (Due to MLB restrictions, The Score cannot stream the White Sox game online anyway.)

On the outside chance the Chicago White Sox game should be canceled or rain delayed, the Bears post-game shows on CSN Chicago and WSCR-AM will air on the stations, as well as on the Internet, in the regular time slots. However, the odds of that happening are very slim. The Weather Channel shows that Anaheim, CA will be sunny and 91 degrees tomorrow, with zero chance of rain.
